What we do with what you tell us.
The short version: we keep it, we use it to talk with you, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone trying to sell you something.
What we collect
Whatever you type into a form on this site. That's your name, phone, email and details about your facility. If we speak, we keep notes on the conversation. We also record basic, anonymous information about visits to the site, such as which pages get viewed, so we know what's useful.
What we use it for
To prepare your valuation and market report, to contact you about your facility, and to keep track of our conversations so you aren't asked the same question twice.
That's the whole list.
Who else sees it
A small number of people who help us with analysis, scheduling and record keeping, the service providers that host this website and our records (such as our website host and Google), and the professionals involved if a transaction actually happens, such as a title company, an attorney or an accountant. We don't sell your information, trade it or hand it to marketers. Nothing about your facility is published, listed or shared with your tenants, your competitors or a broker.
Consent to be contacted
When you tick the box on one of our forms, you agree that Seedhouse Capital may call, text or email you at the number and address you gave us, about the topic of the form. That's all it is. It isn't a listing agreement, an agreement to sell anything,. Message and data rates may apply to texts. If a call is recorded, you'll be told at the start.
Stopping
Tell us and we stop. Say so on the phone, reply STOP to a text, or click unsubscribe in an email. You can also call (970) 875-8805 and we'll take the request down for you. You'll be removed the same day and marked so nobody contacts you again by mistake. You can also ask what we have on file about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.

Any value, range or estimate we give you is an opinion of value. It isn't a formal appraisal and it isn't an offer to buy. Anything we say about taxes is general information, not tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Please talk to your own CPA, attorney or financial advisor before making a decision.
